The terms that govern your use of the Visible Agent website and services.

By using this website or engaging Agent Autopilot, including its Visible Agent local SEO and AI visibility service and its software, AI calling (A.C.T.I.V.A.I. and Voice AI), lead, and advertising products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services. These terms are a legal, binding agreement between Agent Autopilot and you.
Visible Agent provides done-for-you local SEO and AI visibility services for insurance agents, including websites, local pages, Google Business Profile setup, and related content and reporting. The specific scope and price for your business are set out in the proposal you receive after your Agent Visibility Score.
Search engines and AI systems are not deterministic, and no provider can guarantee a specific ranking, placement, or AI mention. We commit to the work: building the pages, structure, and profile that make you a strong candidate, and measuring and improving your visibility over time. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular business result. Delays or limitations caused by third-party infrastructure or platform constraints may extend fulfillment timelines.
Content on this site is for general information only and is not legal, compliance, or financial advice. It is your responsibility to know and follow any and all laws and procedures for the sale of insurance. Agent Autopilot or its affiliates may give you their best understanding of how to follow regulations, but you must always know the laws yourself and check with your IMO/FMO/Upline. You are responsible for ensuring your own licensing and for any regulated insurance content you approve for publication.
Assets we build for your business, such as your website and local pages, belong to your business as described in your service agreement. For our Voice AI and A.C.T.I.V.A.I. products, you keep all the ads and assets we developed for you. This site, our brand, and our own materials remain the property of Agent Autopilot.
The sections below apply when you purchase or use the Agent Autopilot CRM and software, AI calling (A.C.T.I.V.A.I. and Voice AI), purchased or overflow leads, or our advertising courses and done-for-you ads. For our Voice AI Money Machine and A.C.T.I.V.A.I. product, we also provide our Facebook Ads Course, Senior Center Group Presentation Course, and Google My Business Course.
All software subscription and lead purchases are final and non-refundable after payment is processed, and this applies to deposits for products as well. You agree and understand that there will be no refunds after you have been charged. You agree that you will not chargeback any credit card charges, as you understand all goods are purchased by Agent Autopilot immediately after your charge goes through. If a recurring payment does not go through, we will seek to contact you to fix the issue, but if it is not resolved we will have to turn off your access to Agent Autopilot until payment has been made. We will try to keep your stored data, but after a failed payment we cannot make any promises. If you cancel, or your recurring charge does not go through, you will have 48 hours to retrieve any data and then your services will be turned off, and you will lose access to all Agent Autopilot assets, including any support or training resources such as consulting, Facebook groups, and Zoom training calls. Any chargebacks for any ACA related products will cause enrollment forfeits.
We want you to be sure you're spending money wisely. If you purchase any of our products and decide it's not for you, for any reason, we will exchange the software, course, products, or services for an equal or greater value of our Overflow Instant Leads for either Life, Health, or Medicare. These normally sell for $6 per lead. For example, if you purchased a $1997 course, we would give you at least $1997 worth of leads (around 332 leads), so no matter what, you're covered. There is no satisfaction guarantee for free trials. For Voice AI and dialing packages, you must dial all your leads within 7 days AND they must all be dialed at least 8 times to qualify for the guarantee, because as leads age they answer less and less.
Certain communication costs are pass-through Twilio fees for voice and text. You pay these no matter what, and these rates are on top of any Voice AI fees:
You also have a Voice AI Dashboard with a wallet. You pay $0.20 a minute per picked-up call, computed to the millisecond. When you take a live transfer, you only pay for the first five minutes with Voice AI minutes, after that you are charged the normal per-minute fee of $0.026 per minute.
You will get express written consent to send out emails, SMS, voicemails, dials, and any other form of communication before using Agent Autopilot's services. You will in no way cold email, cold text, cold call, or cold voicemail drop any contacts. Everyone you reach out to must be a recent opted-in client or a lead that has requested your services AND given you express written consent, and you have offered a double opt-in. You will correctly upload your leads based on age so that no lead will be called or texted through our technology past the 90-day cutoff period. You assume full responsibility for any and all communications made using the leads, including the content, timing, method, and legality of such outreach, and it is your sole responsibility to verify that any outreach complies with all federal, state, and local regulations.
You acknowledge that any leads, data, or contact information provided by Agent Autopilot may originate from third-party vendors and sources. While Agent Autopilot makes commercially reasonable efforts to obtain leads that comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws, you understand that leads and contact information gathered have not been screened or validated by us, and are not guaranteed to be accurate or error-free, and all risks of condition, design, use, fitness, or quality are completely yours. You also agree not to hold Agent Autopilot or its affiliates liable for any consequences of contacting individuals whose information may have been submitted by third parties or without their knowledge or consent. Any free leads offered with any programs are subject to change based on availability and pricing.
You may not share or transfer your Agent Autopilot account to another user. Every insurance agent must have their own Autopilot account. You may add additional users, such as Virtual Assistants and Appointment Setters, but not additional agents. Only one agent will have access to a course per purchase, and we will track logins based on IP address. We understand you may access a course from multiple devices or locations, but excessive logins from multiple locations will trigger an audit, and if it is determined that access is being shared with other agents, the purchasing agent will be charged. You may not share Agent Autopilot assets, ads, creatives, landing pages, surveys, Zoom screen shares, or recordings without express written consent from Agent Autopilot.
You agree not to solicit, hire, or contract with Agent Autopilot's employees or contractors outside of your relationship with Agent Autopilot.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Autopilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent Autopilot, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of any texting, emailing, messaging, calling, Voice AI calling, or other communication services provided by or on behalf of Agent Autopilot.
By using this website or providing personal information, you and your company agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court. All disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), will be resolved through arbitration. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The AAA rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. The place of arbitration shall be Indianapolis, IN, and Indiana law shall apply. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof in Indiana. You and your company agree that any arbitration will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. You will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees for any arbitration you initiate in accordance with the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules; if the arbitrator finds that either the substance of your claim or the relief sought is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, the payment of such fees will be governed by the AAA rules. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to vip@agentautopilot.com within 30 days of your first use of this website or your provision of information. If you opt out, the arbitration provision will not apply to you.
